If there is a disruption and you decided not to add TravelSmart Protection, we can only offer the following:

a refund (subject to the airline's flight fare rules); or
- at your request, we will provide paid alternative flight options, however, these will need to be paid by you in full.
Please be aware that airline refunds are subject to their respective terms and policies and applicable laws and may take several months to process.
