Hotel booking cancellations are determined by the refund policy of each property and/or terms and conditions. If your booking is eligible for a refund a cancellation fee may apply.
Your booking cancellation policy is located on your confirmed booking itinerary and booking summary (via My Trip). If you have an account you can access the property cancellation policy via My Bookings.
To request a cancellation of your hotel booking, navigate to My Bookings in your account and click the cancel button next to the relevant booking. You will be prompted to review the cancellation condtions before proceeding.
