Why is my booking not showing?
If you cannot see your booking in your account or have not received a confirmation email, this is usually due to one of the following:
- The booking is still being processed
- The confirmation email has been filtered into your spam or junk folder
- A different email address was used during checkout
This applies to all bookings including flights, hotels, activities, and car rentals.
What is a booking confirmation email?
A booking confirmation email (also known as a travel itinerary, e-ticket, booking details, or reservation confirmation) contains your trip details once your booking is successfully confirmed.
When will I receive confirmation email?
Processing times vary depending on the supplier and travel product. Most bookings are confirmed shortly after payment, but timing is not fixed.
If you have not received your email
If you have not received your booking confirmation email, please also check your spam or junk folder, as emails may sometimes be filtered by email providers.

You can view your booking status at any time via:
- My Trips (website)
- My Bookings (account dashboard)
