If your booking was made under your Travala.com account, you can view the tour operators cancellation policy AND submit a cancellation request under Bookings or My Trip.
If your booking was not made under your Travala.com account, you can view the tour operators cancellation policy AND submit a cancellation request by clicking on My Trip.
