Flight booking changes may be made up to 48 hours before departure. To request a voluntary flight change please contact our Customer Support team via chat or email at support@travala.com for assistance.
In response to your request, you will receive a quote of available options and any additional costs, if applicable. Additional costs generally consist of any fare and tax difference, carrier change fee and any administration fees charged by our supplier to process your itinerary change.
Once your new itinerary is issued, you will receive an email confirmation with your new flight itinerary.
Please note, if your booking contains multiple passengers, any changes made may apply to the itinerary of ALL passengers.
