Flight date change requests depend on the airline fare conditions and how soon you wish to travel. Please contact our Customer Support team via chat or email at support@travala.com for assistance and provide the following:
- order number or airline reference
- details of the flight you wish to change
- details of the new flight date and time
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate your request, date change requests are not guaranteed and departures within 48hrs may not be possible to change.
Please note, if your booking contains multiple passengers, any changes made will apply to the itinerary of ALL passengers.
