1. Can I transfer my ticket or change the passenger to someone else?
Due to strict airline and international security regulations, flight tickets are usually non-transferable. It is not possible to change a passenger on an existing booking to a completely different person. If a traveler can no longer fly and someone else needs to take their place, the original ticket may need to be cancelled (subject to the airline's cancellation policy), and a brand-new booking made for the new passenger.
2. Fixing Typos, Misspellings, or Surname Changes
If you entered incorrect passenger details—such as a misspelled name, missing letters, or an outdated surname—please contact our Customer Support team immediately via Live Chat or email at support@travala.com for assistance.
Documentation Required: The airline may request official documentation, such as a clear photo of your passport data page and/or a marriage certificate, to support and authorise the name correction.
Carrier Fees: Depending on the airline, there may be a mandatory fee associated with correcting passenger details. If a fee applies, we will send you a secure payment link to cover the cost before the change is finalised.
Once the correction is processed, we will send a brand-new itinerary email with your updated passenger details.
IMPORTANT: If your passenger details do not match your passport exactly, you may be denied boarding by the airline or face severe difficulties passing through airport immigration. Please check your confirmation email immediately after booking.
