If you are unable to find your reservation using the airline booking reference on the airline’s website, this is usually because you are not using the correct airline reference number.
This does not mean your booking is missing or not confirmed.
Where to find your airline reservation details
The airline reservation details are included in your booking confirmation email sent after your booking is confirmed. The airline uses its own system and reference number (Airline Reference / PNR).
Please open your Travala booking confirmation email and look for the field labelled: Airline Reference
This is the reference number you must use on the airline’s website.
Do not use your Travala order reference as it will not be recognised by the airline.
