Standard Confirmation Email Timelines
All Travala bookings are fully confirmed once you receive your official Booking Confirmation email containing your unique Order Number.
Most confirmation emails and vouchers are sent shortly after payment processing, but depending on the travel product, it can take a little time to be fully issued by our partners:
Flights: Usually confirmed shortly after booking, but can take up to 24 hours for the ticket to be issued by the airline.
Hotels & Accommodations: Typically emailed within 60 minutes of booking.
Car Rentals: Typically emailed within 60 minutes of booking (includes your rental voucher and pickup instructions).
Activities & Tours: Normally confirmed immediately or within a few hours (unless noted otherwise in the activity description).
What to do if you haven't received your confirmation email
Before reaching out to our Customer Support team, please complete these quick troubleshooting steps:
Check your Spam/Junk folder: Automated confirmation emails are occasionally filtered there by your email provider.
Verify your email address: Ensure you are checking the exact inbox you used during the checkout process.
Check your account dashboard: You can view your real-time booking status at any time via the My Trips or My Bookings section on Travala.com.
Confirm payment: Verify with your bank or crypto wallet that the transaction went through successfully.
