If you are having trouble logging in to your Travala.com account, please find the scenario below that best matches your situation to resolve the issue quickly:
1. Forgot or Lost Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, you can trigger an automated reset:
Go to the Travala Sign-In Page.
Click Forgot Password?
Enter the email address associated with your Travala profile.
Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the link to create a new password. (If you do not receive it within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folders).
2. Switched Your Phone Recently? (2FA Issues)
If you recently changed mobile devices and your Google Authenticator codes are being rejected, it is almost always caused by a time-sync error between your device and our servers.
The Fix: Go to your mobile phone's internal system settings and change your time/date configuration from "Manual" to "Automatic". This forces your phone to sync precisely with your local timezone, which will instantly make your Google Authenticator codes valid again.
3. Locked Out by Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
If you have your backup codes: Enter your original 2FA backup code directly into the login prompt to bypass the authenticator app code. Once inside your dashboard, go to your security settings to pair your new device.
If you lost your backup codes: For your account security, our team must manually verify your identity before disabling 2FA access. Please review our 2FA Recovery Guide for next steps.
