In some cases, Travel Credits or AVA may be temporarily deducted from your account even if you did not complete the booking or decided to cancel the order. This usually happens when the system starts processing the payment, but the booking fails or is not confirmed due to incomplete payment.
If your booking was not finalized, rest assured that we will automatically process a refund for any deducted Travel Credits or AVA. This typically happens shortly after the system confirms that the booking was unsuccessful.
