If your flight, hotel, activity or car rental booking is not appearing in My Bookings, it is usually because you were not logged into your Travala account when the booking was made.
You may experience this issue if:
- Your flight is not showing up in My Bookings.
- You cannot find your reservation in your account.
- Your booking is missing from your account.
- Your trip does not appear in the Travala app or website.
- You booked successfully but cannot see the booking details.
Bookings are only automatically linked to your Travala account when you are logged in during the booking process.
To have the booking linked to your Travala account, please contact support by emailing support@travala.com from the same email address used to make the booking.
Please include your booking or order reference number in your request.
Once verified, our team can assist with linking the booking to your account.
