There are two ways to disable your Google Authenticator (2FA):
1. Backup Code
If you lose your phone and can't access the codes by the Google Authenticator app, you can use your backup codes to sign in to your Google Account. From here you can disable the Google Authenticator (2FA) for Travala.com and set up a new code.
You can find more information about solutions for common 2FA issues in the Google self-help guide, Fix common issues with 2-step Verification.
2. Don't know your backup code?
If you do not have access to your backup code, as a last resort, we can disable the 2FA from your account. Kindly send us a request to support@travala.com. It is important to remember the verification is a security step to protect your account. The removal of the 2FA may leave your account vulnerable to unauthorised access.
