- any email communications from us advising of an issue, such as payment failed, technical issue or last-minute unavailability
- spam or junk folder
If your booking was made under your Travala.com account, you can view the booking status and/or download your vouchers from your account under Bookings.
If your booking was not made under your Travala.com account, you can view your booking status on Travala.com by clicking on My Trip.
