All Travala bookings are fully confirmed once you receive your official Booking Confirmation email containing your Order Number. Most confirmation emails are sent immediately after payment processing, but some reservations can take up to 24 hours to be fully issued by the provider.

What should I do if I haven't received my confirmation email?

Ensure you are checking the exact email address you used during the checkout process.
