If you have completed payment but your booking is still showing as 'Processing', is usually due to normal processing checks before your booking is fully confirmed.
This happens for these main reasons:
- Supplier/Airline Verification: We are finalizing the reservation with our travel partners
- Payment Confirmation: Your payment method is still being verified or cleared

Cryptocurrency payments
If you paid using cryptocurrency, your booking will remain in 'Processing' until blockchain confirmations are completed.
The number of blockchain confirmations required for the most commonly used payment options are as follows:
- BTC payments: 3 confirmations
- ETH payments (incl. ERC20): 20 confirmations
- BNB payments (incl. BEP20): near-instant
- TRON payments (incl. TRC20): near-instant
