At the time of booking, Travala or our supplier details may be used as the issuing office contact information, which will be stored in the airline system.
As a result, the airline app may send OTP verification codes to those stored details instead of your personal contact information.
Can this be changed?
In some cases, we can request an update of the contact details with the airline or supplier so future communications (including OTPs, where supported) are sent to the passenger’s details. This applies to flight bookings (airline reservations only).
Please contact our Customer Support support@travala.com if you wish to update the contact details on your booking.
