To ensure we can continue offering high-value rewards to our Diamond members, we're updating our policy for Givebacks on bookings paid with Ambassador Bonus Travel Credits.
Starting 8 January 2026, Givebacks will no longer be received for bookings where 50% or more of the net booking value is paid with Ambassador Bonus Travel Credits.
This allows us to maintain the sustainability of the AVA Smart Program while still providing significant upfront savings via Ambassador Bonus Travel Credits as well as post-booking Giveback rewards on bookings that qualify under the updated rules.
