What are my car rental refund options?

If you are eligible for a refund on your car rental booking, the refund will be processed based on the original payment method used to purchase your booking. 

• Credit/ debit card: the refund will be returned to the card used to pay for the booking.
• Cryptocurrency: the refund will be issued as Travel Credits and will be credited to your Travala account wallet. 
• Travel Credits: the refund will be returned as Travel Credits to your Travala account wallet.
