Travel Credits can be used to make bookings on Travala.com. Travel Credits are denominated in USD (i.e. 1 Travel Credit = 1 USD) and are stored in your wallet—they cannot be withdrawn or converted. The value of Travel Credits is displayed in your selected fiat currency.
Travel Credits can be purchased:
- using cryptocurrency
- received via refunds
- received as part of the Ambassador Bonus, or as an annual birthday gift
Travel Credits that are purchased or received as a refund have no expiration date. Obtaining Travel Credits in any other way will involve an expiration date specific to the manner in which they were obtained.
