How Can I Obtain Travel Credits?
Travel Credits are automatically added to your Travala account through several standard account activities:
Purchased directly using your preferred cryptocurrency.
Issued as a refund from a canceled or eligible booking.
Earned as rewards via the Ambassador program or specific promotional bonuses.
Gifted to your account as loyalty or birthday rewards.
Can I withdraw or cash out Travel Credits?
Travel Credits cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or converted into real money or cryptocurrency once they are issued or purchased. They hold no external cash value and can only be used to pay for bookings directly on the Travala platform.
Do Travel Credits Expire?
