Step-by-Step Purchase Guide
Navigate to Your Travala Wallet: Log into your Travala.com account. Go to your dashboard and select My Wallet.
Access the Purchase Tab: Click or tap on the Buy AVA tab.
Enter the Amount: Input the exact amount of AVA you wish to purchase or the amount of fiat currency you want to spend.
Select Your Payment Method: Choose your preferred fiat payment option from the list.
Complete a One-Off KYC Check: If this is your first time purchasing, you will be redirected to complete a quick, one-off Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification via our secure partner portal, Transak.
Receive Your Tokens: Finalise the transaction. Once your payment is successfully processed, the purchased AVA will be instantly credited directly to your Travala.com account.
