If you have made a booking for a stay (hotel) or an activity on Travala and find a cheaper price on another website, you can claim a refund for the difference up to 24 hours before your check-in date or the start time of your activity. Please note that our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to flight or car rental bookings.
How to Submit Your Claim
Send an email to support@travala.com at least 24 hours before your hotel check-in / activity start date with the following:
- The Order Number in your booking confirmation email
- Proof of the cheaper rate: a link to the competing travel website where you found the cheaper accommodation price or activity
How you receive your refund
Our customer support team will verify your claim and get back to you within 48 hours.
If approved, we’ll refund the difference in the form of Travel Credits directly to your Travala wallet within 24 to 36 hours after check out.
