- The Order Number in your booking confirmation email
- Proof of the claim, i.e. a link to the other travel website where you found the cheaper accommodation price or activity, or a screenshot
Our customer support team will verify your claim and get back to you within 48 hours.
If we verify your claim, we’ll refund the difference in the form of Travel Credits directly to your Travala.com wallet within 24 to 36 hours after check out.
