Giveback rewards are confirmed once the travel dates for your booking have elapsed. Bookings that are cancelled, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, will not receive givebacks.
For flight bookings, the date of the final flight of the itinerary must have elapsed.
For hotel bookings, the date for the final room night must have elapsed.
For activities, the date of the final day of the activity must have elapsed.
Givebacks will only apply if you were logged into your account when making the booking and did not check out on the guest site.
