If you have completed payment but your booking is still showing as 'Processing', is usually due to normal processing delays before your booking is fully confirmed.
This applies to all booking types including flights, hotels, activities, and car rentals.
Why is my booking processing?
- Your booking may still be finalising with the supplier or airline
- Your payment may still be confirming
- Your confirmation email will be sent once the booking is confirmed
How long does processing take?
Processing times vary depending on the supplier and travel product. Most bookings are confirmed shortly after payment, but timing is not fixed.
Cryptocurrency payments
If you paid using cryptocurrency, your booking will remain in 'Processing' until blockchain confirmations are completed.
The number of blockchain confirmations required for the most commonly used payment options are as follows:
- BTC payments: 3 confirmations
- ETH payments (incl. ERC20): 20 confirmations
- BNB payments (incl. BEP20): near-instant
- TRON payments (incl. TRC20): near-instant
Once payment is confirmed
- Your booking will be automatically processed
- Your confirmation email (itinerary) will be sent

- My Trips (website)
- My Bookings (account dashboard)
