If you are not receiving the airline OTP verification code for your flight booking, the airline is sending it to Travala our our supplier's contact details.
Why is my flight booking OTP not going to my phone or email?
At the time of booking, Travala or our third-party supplier details are often stored as the primary contact information in the airline’s system. Because of this structure, the airline’s system will automatically route any automated OTP or login verification codes to Travala's or our supplier's backend instead of your personal phone number.
Can my contact details be updated?
In some cases we can request an update of the contact details with the airline carrier so that future communications, schedule changes, and OTP verifications are routed directly to your personal details.
