Before requesting a cancellation of your car rental booking, please review the cancellation policy displayed on your booking confirmation to understand the applicable terms and conditions.
To request a cancellation, navigate to My Bookings in your Travala account and click the "Cancel booking" button in the relevant booking.
If you are unable to request a booking cancellation through your account, please contact our Customer Support team via email at support@travala.com.
You must request cancellation of your car rental at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up date.
Once a cancellation is submitted, it cannot be reversed.
