There are cases where clients send their coins using the wrong payment network.
If the client sent the payment using the wrong network in CMS, the status of the payment will be either "pending" or "Expired".
In this case, the agent will need to ask the client for the transaction ID of their payment. Once we have the TX hash, we can verify it on the DAPS if we ever receive it.
You will see a payment that is finished without any "Merchant Order Number".
If you click on the Transaction ID (Square button next to Transaction ID: P_S5HI42IU in this example), you will see the details of the transaction, and you will see "Wrongly deposited asset".
IMPORTANT: you need to verify that "Payin Adress" is the same of the original Payment ID (to be sure that the payment with the wrong network asset was made for a specific order.

In the above example, the transaction P_S5HI42IU is the one "finished" but with the "wrong deposited asset", while the transaction P_B6EZV1S0 is the original one (expired).
In the above Example, you can see that the original requested payment was supposed to be Ethereum with the Ethereum (ERC20) network, but the client sent Ethereum on Base network. As you can see that the payin address is the same.
